SOF / USSOCOM / THE DECISIONS BEHIND THE PURSUIT
Focus resources on a defined customer problem, a credible contribution, and an achievable next step.
Describe the task, operating conditions, and constraints your capability addresses. Separate operator interest from a defined requirement, acquisition ownership, and a funded opportunity.
Set out what a demonstration needs to prove, what feedback will be captured, and who owns the next decision. Plan for integration, training, sustainment, and transition before treating a successful event as a sales outcome.
Special operations requirements span organizations and mission sets. Distinguish USSOCOM opportunities from service and other customer routes rather than assuming every SOF use case follows one procurement path.
Plan follow-on engagement, training, sustainment, and mission feedback with your federal team. Use that evidence to assess adjacent SOF customers and partner opportunities.
THREE CONNECTED SERVICES
Prioritize SOF use cases and customer groups against capability maturity, operational constraints, and the resources available for engagement.

BEFORE WE GET TO WORK
We help assess mission fit, map relevant stakeholders, prepare engagement, and support a qualified pursuit. The starting point is your capability and evidence; customer access, funding, and an award cannot be assumed.
It uses the same strategic, business development, and marketing disciplines, with more specific customer and mission choices. USSOCOM is a combatant command; SOF is not a military service. The plan should reflect the actual organization and requirement you intend to serve.
Share your capability, current customer engagement, evidence of performance, and the decision your team needs to make. We can scope an assessment, strategy, marketing, or business development engagement around that starting point.
