Build a route to market through subcontracts from primes, technology integration, channel relationships, and B2B partnerships. We help define the partner value proposition and support focused engagement.

How we support your pursuit

  • Develop sponsor engagement and a pursuit-specific capture plan
  • Coordinate OTA submissions, prime subcontract pursuits, B2B teaming, and proposal materials

BEFORE WE GET TO WORK

Federal business development: common questions.

What does outsourced federal business development involve?

It brings external capacity into opportunity identification, customer engagement, pipeline development and capture execution. Victory Six works alongside your team rather than handing over a list of opportunities without an execution plan.

How is capture different from business development?

Business development develops the broader customer relationships and opportunity pipeline. Capture focuses the work needed to compete for a particular opportunity, including positioning, stakeholders, partners and the proposal approach.

Do you support proposals and contract negotiations?

Capture, proposal support and contract negotiations are included in our federal business development capabilities. The specific support and responsibilities are defined for each engagement.

What should we bring to the first discussion?

Bring a clear description of your capability, the government customers who have seen it, the feedback you received and the opportunities or obstacles ahead. That gives us a practical starting point for discussing support.

Can you work alongside our internal team and market intelligence tools?

Yes. We build on the research, relationships, and pipeline your team already has. The engagement focuses on prioritizing opportunities, preparing customer conversations, and executing the agreed strategy.
