About this policy
Victory Six (“we,” “us” and “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you visit victorysix.com or contact us through the website. It does not describe all information handled in a separate client, investment, employment or other business relationship. Where a separate privacy notice applies to a relationship, that notice should be read alongside this policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, organization and message, together with information you choose to include in subsequent communications.
Website and device information
Our hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages and request times to deliver and protect the website. We also use technical information to prevent spam and repeated submissions.
Analytics information
Optional website analytics collects cookie identifiers and information about page visits, navigation and selected interactions, including whether a contact form was submitted successfully. Enhanced measurement can also record scrolling, clicks on external links, file downloads, on-site search terms, interactions with supported embedded videos, and when a visitor starts or submits a form. This can include page and link URLs, file names, video details and form identifiers. We do not send the name, email address, organization or message entered in our contact form to Google Analytics.
Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential material through the general contact form.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss potential engagements, maintain business communications and relevant records, operate and protect the website, investigate abuse or technical problems, and understand website performance. We may also use information to meet applicable legal obligations and protect our rights.
Who receives information
Victory Six personnel handling inquiries can access submitted information. Providers supporting website hosting, security, storage, email delivery and analytics process information for these functions. These include Cloudflare and Google, which provides optional Google Analytics services.
We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or the security of our services. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. Links to other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Cookies and website analytics
We use Cloudflare to deliver, protect and measure the performance of our website. We use optional Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site and improve our content and services. You can disable Google Analytics using the control below.
Google Analytics is available for website visits worldwide, subject to the browser preferences described below. Our website settings disable advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals.
Analytics cookies are set to expire after 30 days without extending that period on each visit. This cookie period is separate from the retention of analytics reports and other records. When analytics is enabled, temporary browser storage helps us understand which advisory page led to a contact interaction.
Google receives browser and interaction information when its analytics service runs. Google’s processing is described in its information about partner sites and privacy policy. Third-party providers may process information across the services they operate; our analytics preference controls apply to this website. Cloudflare’s privacy practices are available separately.
Your analytics choice
You can use our contact form without Google Analytics. The control below lets you disable optional Google Analytics for this browser.
Browser preference
We store this choice in your browser. A Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal also disables Google Analytics on this site. These choices apply to the browser and device where made; clearing browser storage may remove a saved choice. They do not stop processing needed to deliver and protect the site or erase information previously collected.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the information and the purpose for which it was collected, including inquiry follow-up, relevant business records, security and legal obligations. We use safeguards designed to protect information; no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Privacy questions and requests
Use our contact page and include “Privacy request” in your message to ask about this policy or request access to, correction of or deletion of information you provided. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights, including a copy of your information, limits on certain processing, or an appeal of a request decision. You may use the same contact method to submit those requests or ask us to reconsider a response.
We may need information to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law, including any applicable exceptions, response deadlines and appeal requirements. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights protected by applicable privacy law.
