Andrew Clausnitzer has 20 years of experience supporting both large and small corporations and investors with government relations, public relations, business development and strategic advisory services. Mr. Clausnitzer has extensive experience assisting technology and services companies assess their market position and implement comprehensive go to market strategies to accelerate growth within the government and defense markets.
Mr. Clausnitzer has worked extensively with companies in the Middle East, Asia and Africa on economic development projects. He has also worked on statewide, congressional and presidential campaigns. In his role as Managing Partner at Victory Six, Mr. Clausnitzer is a General Partner for investments and works closely with all of our clients to develop customized strategies to achieve their unique objectives.

Martin Rahmani has 15 years of experience working with defense related technology companies, government and industry on developing and implementing projects. Mr. Rahmani has worked for investment funds, Fortune 500 companies and early stage companies with a particular focus on accelerating commercial and defense go to market strategies for new and unique technologies and capabilities.
Mr. Rahmani supported major programs for border security, critical infrastructure protection and infrastructure development in the US, Middle East, Asia and Africa. He has also worked for a policy oriented non-profit organization and for a member of the House of Representatives. In his role as Managing Partner at Victory Six, Mr. Rahmani is a General Partner for investments and works closely with all of our clients to execute on tactical plans to achieve their unique objectives.

Land Forces
Former Commanding General of U.S. Army North and Director of Operations at U.S. Northern Command, with more than 35 years of active service.
LTG Guy C. Swan III (Ret.) retired as Vice President of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA). During more than 35 years of active service, he commanded at every level through Army Service Component Command. A career armor/cavalry officer, his general officer assignments included Commanding General of U.S. Army North (ARNORTH); Director of Operations for United States Northern Command (NORTHCOM); Commanding General of the U.S. Army Military District of Washington and Commander of the Joint Force Headquarters-National Capital Region; Commanding General of the 7th Army Training Command in Germany; and Chief of Staff and Director of Operations for the Multi-National Force-Iraq (MNF-I) during Operation IRAQI FREEDOM. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, is a member of the Homeland Security Experts Group (HSEG) and the Council on Foreign Relations, and is a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM).

Allied Forces

COL Ryan Fayrweather (Ret.) is an accomplished international defense strategist and acquisition leader with extensive experience across the U.S. Department of Defense and global industry. Over nearly three decades, he has directed major foreign military sales programs, advanced multinational partnerships, and led teams operating across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Drawing on his background in cross-cultural engagement and proficiency in Italian and Spanish, he excels at connecting defense, diplomatic, and industrial stakeholders to deliver lasting strategic outcomes.
As Senior Vice President for International Defense at a maritime drone company, Ryan led global expansion in autonomous maritime systems, negotiating large international agreements and building strategic partnerships that advanced the integration of hybrid unmanned underwater and surface vehicle (UUV/USV) technologies. He developed standardized command-and-control frameworks for maritime drone task forces and positioned the company as a key innovator in the evolving unmanned maritime domain. He also has broad experience working across multiple defense-related domains, including air, land, and maritime systems, C4ISR technologies, and international acquisition programs.
A retired U.S. Army COL and longtime Foreign Area Officer, Ryan served as Director for the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command’s CENTCOM Region and as Chief of the Office of Defense Cooperation in multiple U.S. embassies, including Italy, Croatia, and Serbia. He brings decades of experience in international acquisition, defense cooperation, and foreign engagement that have helped shape modernization efforts across NATO and partner nations. Ryan holds master’s degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School and Sapienza Università di Roma, and completed senior studies at the Italian War College (CASD). He continues to advise emerging defense ventures and international partners on acquisition strategy, unmanned systems integration, U.S. Defense penetration, and global defense collaboration.

Defense Logistics
More than 37 years supporting U.S. operations, with experience in supply chain, logistics, and government contracting.
COL Gregg Gross (Ret.) is a subject matter expert in supply chain, logistics, and U.S. government contracting, having spent over 37 years supporting U.S. operations worldwide. During COL Gross’ time in the Army, he served as Division Chief for Sustainment and Logistics for the U.S. Army Capabilities Integration Center, the Support Operations Officer / Distribution Management Center Chief of the Expeditionary Sustainment Command in Iraq, J4 (Logistics) and J7 (Training), lead trainer for SOF Joint Training Team, lead logistics planner for U.S. CENTCOM, and a Battalion Commander.
In his time at Fluor Government Group, COL Gross acted as Supply Chain Director, Operations Director, Director for Materials, and Deputy Project Manager for Fluor Defense serving operations throughout Europe, Africa, and Central America; as a project manager he assisted the Department of Defense, the Department of State, and USAID’s response to the Ebola outbreak in Liberia and Senegal. COL Gross also led and oversaw numerous operations in Iraq & Afghanistan. COL Gross holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, a Masters in Logistics Management from Florida Institute of Technology, and a Masters in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.
